For online stores
Know which ads bring orders.
Sporetag ties each order to the ad, post, email or text that started it. Then it sends the sale to Meta, so your ads learn.
- Shopify, Wix and more
- No coding
- Sales sent to Meta
A demo feed of six store orders. First they arrive with no known source. Then Sporetag connects and credits each order to a Meta ad set, an email, a text, a bio link or a Google search. Demo data.
Your ads get credit for some orders.
People tap an ad, then buy days later on another device. Or they come back from an email. Those orders often lose their source.
| Ad set | Meta reported | Sporetag saw |
|---|---|---|
| Spring sale, video | 26 | |
| Gift sets, carousel | 17 | |
| Lookalike, 3% | 12 | |
| Retargeting, 30 days | 10 | |
| Total, 4 ad sets | 65 |
Better data
Same ads. Now you see every order.
- Orders on another day or from an email still count
- Sales from texts and bio links get their own row
- Credit by first touch or last touch, your pick
Built for stores
Repeat orders are where the money hides.
A buyer taps an ad, reads an email, comes back from a text, then orders three times. Sporetag ties every order to where it started.
Journeys across days need Attribution mode, on paid plans.
- Day 0Tapped a Meta ad on Instagram
- Day 2Opened your restock email
- Day 5Came back from a text link
- Day 5First order, $64
- Day 38Reorder, $48
- Day 71Reorder, $52

-
Step 01: Add one line
Put Sporetag on your site.

Copy the Meta template.
- New link, then the Meta ads chip.
- Paste the template in URL parameters.
- Google and TikTok have one too.
Track each ad in Meta Ads ManagerCopyutm_source=facebook&utm_medium=paid-social&utm_campaign={{campaign.name}}&utm_content={{ad.name}}&utm_term={{adset.name}}&utm_id={{campaign.id}}- In Ads Manager, open your ad. Put your page address in Website URL, not the short link.
- Under Tracking, find URL parameters and paste this.
- Publish. Meta fills in the campaign, ad set and ad names. A renamed ad shows its new name after you publish again.
-
Step 03: Count what matters
Add a goal for the sale.
- Open Goals and pick Page visit.

Questions, answered.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes. Paste one line in your theme, with our Shopify guide. It works the same on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow and any site you can add a script to.
Can I see revenue, not just orders?
Yes. Send the order total with the sale event, and the attribution report shows revenue next to each ad, campaign and link.
How are repeat buyers counted?
In Attribution mode, Sporetag keeps a first-party id on your store for 90 days. A second order from the same browser ties back to the first click.
Will Meta see my sales?
Yes, on Solo, Studio, Agency and Custom. You tick the goals to send, and Sporetag sends them to the Meta Conversions API from our server.
Do I need a developer?
No. You copy one line and follow the guide for your store builder. Short links need no setup at all.
I already use Google Analytics. Why add this?
Keep it if you like. Sporetag adds what it does not: short links that see the sale, credit by ad set and link, sales sent to Meta, and simple dashboards for clients.
Will it slow my site down?
No. The script is small, loads after your page and sends one short message per page view.
What does it cost?
Paid plans start at $29 a month, with prices on the pricing page. No sales call needed. Free is a small way to try basic stats.
What if it is not right for me?
Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No questions asked. You can also cancel any time in Billing.
