Platforms · Google Ads
Google sees a click. You see the sale.
Add one Final URL suffix. Sporetag tags each click with the campaign, ad and keyword, then shows which ones led to a sale.
- One suffix for the account
- gclid read on landing
- No developer

What Google misses.
Google Ads reports what its own tag can see. Some bookings and sales slip past.
-
Missed
Late bookings
Someone searches today and books next week. That may not match.

Blocked tags
Browser settings and blockers can stop the conversion tag.

Other channels
Google sees its ads only. Not your texts, emails or social posts.

Better data
Same keywords. Now you see every booking.
- Bookings, calls and forms by keyword
- People who come back later still count

Search, then later
The search books the visit.
Someone searches, looks at prices, leaves, and books from a bookmark days later. Sporetag gives the keyword the credit.
Journeys across days need Attribution mode, on paid plans.

- Day 0Looked at prices, left
- Day 3Came back from a bookmark

Questions, answered.
Does Sporetag send conversions to Google Ads?
Not yet. Offline conversion upload with gclid is planned after v1. Today Sporetag tags and reads every click and shows the sales in its own report.
Should I keep auto-tagging on?
Yes. Auto-tagging adds a gclid to each click. Sporetag reads it and uses it to name Google Ads as the platform.
Where do I paste the template?
In Final URL suffix, in the settings of your account or campaign. Google then fills in the campaign, ad and keyword for each click.
Can I track phone calls?
You can count taps on your phone number as an event, like Call. Calls made by dialing the number by hand are not tracked.
I already use Google Analytics. Why add this?
Keep it if you like. Sporetag adds what it does not: short links that see the sale, credit by ad set and link, sales sent to Meta, and simple dashboards for clients.
Will it slow my site down?
No. The script is small, loads after your page and sends one short message per page view.
What does it cost?
Paid plans start at $29 a month, with prices on the pricing page. No sales call needed. Free is a small way to try basic stats.
What if it is not right for me?
Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No questions asked. You can also cancel any time in Billing.
