Do profiles need cookies?
Visitor profiles need Attribution mode. It keeps a first-party id on your own domain for 90 days, so in many places it needs consent first. Private mode keeps no profiles.
Can the cookie banner match my site?
Yes. The built-in banner can follow your site theme, light or dark, and waits for a yes before the id is set.
What happens after 90 days?
An anonymous profile is deleted 90 days after the last visit. Customers with an email stay.
Which plans have profiles?
Solo, Studio, Agency and Custom: 25,000 on Solo, 50,000 on Studio, 100,000 on Agency.
I already use Google Analytics. Why add this?
Keep it if you like. Sporetag adds what it does not: short links that see the sale, credit by ad set and link, sales sent to Meta, and simple dashboards for clients.
Will it slow my site down?
No. The script is small, loads after your page and sends one short message per page view.
