Which plans have client reports?
Studio, Agency and Custom. Each site can have up to 20 reports.
Who receives a report?
You, the clients you invited (all or some), and up to 10 more addresses. Anyone can opt out of a report.
Can the client open it in a browser?
Yes. Each report has a read-only live link with the latest numbers, and a print page you can save as a PDF.
Does the report come from Sporetag?
On Agency it is white label: your name as the sender and at the top, no Sporetag name or link. Report emails still leave from our address until own sending domains ship (when shipped).
Do opens get counted?
No. We see that each email left, not who opened it. The send log shows sent or failed.
I already use Google Analytics. Why add this?
Keep it if you like. Sporetag adds what it does not: short links that see the sale, credit by ad set and link, sales sent to Meta, and simple dashboards for clients.
Will it slow my site down?
No. The script is small, loads after your page and sends one short message per page view.
What does it cost?
Paid plans start at $29 a month, with prices on the pricing page. No sales call needed. Free is a small way to try basic stats.
