Pageview
Also called page view, views.
One page loaded and counted by an analytics tool.
A pageview is counted each time a page is loaded and the analytics tag runs. Reloading counts again. GA4 calls the metric "Views", which also includes app screen views.
Single-page apps change pages without a full load, so the tool must listen for navigation through the History API, or pages after the first are not counted. Pageviews per visit, sometimes called views per session, is a simple read on depth.
