Billing and limits
What each Sporetag plan includes, what counts toward your monthly allowance, how overage and the grace month work, and how to change plans.

Free is a small way to try the basic stats. It has no Events API, script proxy, attribution or Meta Conversions API. Those are on Solo, Studio, Agency and Custom.
Agency adds white label. Client dashboards and weekly reports then show only your name and logo, with no Sporetag branding.
What counts
One allowance covers everything you send in a calendar month (UTC):
- Pageviews.
- Custom events, from the browser or the Events API.
- Clicks on your short links.
Bots that we filter out do not count. The month starts again on the 1st.
Going over
There is no hard stop. Your stats keep coming in.
- First month over: we tell you, and that is all. You are not charged.
- Second month over in a row: extra use is billed in blocks of 500,000 events for $10 each.
So one busy month never brings a surprise bill. If you are over two months running, it is usually cheaper to move up a plan, and we will say so.
Paying
Plans are paid by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Yearly costs the same as 10 months. We never see or store your card number.
Bigger agencies can ask for the Custom plan. It has no limits, and we set the price with you. Use Talk to us on the pricing page, or book a call. We bill it by card through Stripe or by invoice.
30-day money back
If Sporetag is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full. No questions asked. Write to hello@sporetag.com from your account email. We end the plan at the same time, and your account moves to Free. Stripe returns the money to your card, usually within 5 to 10 days. Later renewals are not refunded, so cancel before the next one if you are done. The full wording is in the terms.
Change or cancel
Open Billing in the dashboard to change plan, update your card, see invoices or cancel. A cancelled plan stays on until the end of the time you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Your data stays, within the Free plan's 30 days of history.
