Weekly reports

Send a short email report for a site every Monday morning to the addresses you list. What it holds, and how to add or remove people.

A weekly report is a short email about one site. It goes out on Monday morning to the addresses you list. It saves you from writing the same update for every client every week.

Weekly reports are part of the Studio and Agency plans.

Turn it on

Open the site, then Settings.
Under Weekly report, add one or more email addresses.
Save.

The first report goes out the next Monday.

What it holds

The layout of the email may change a little before launch (when shipped).

Visitors and pageviews for the past week, next to the week before.
Conversions for each goal.
The top pages and the top sources.
A link to the client dashboard, if one is on.

With Studio, your logo is at the top. With Agency, the email is white label: your logo or brand name at the top, your name as the sender, and no Sporetag branding. The email still comes from our sending address.

When it is sent

Reports are sent on Monday at 13:00 UTC. That is morning in the Americas and afternoon in Europe.

Stop it

Remove the addresses from the site's settings. Each email also has a line at the bottom that says how to stop it.
