Postscript connector
Postscript limits its API to integration partners and enterprise shops, so there is no Postscript connector yet. What works today with UTM tags and webhooks.
There is no Postscript connector yet (when shipped).
Why
Postscript calls its API a Partner API. Its own docs (checked October 2026) say:
- Since April 2022, a shop can use its own API key for its own code only on an enterprise plan.
- Other shops can make keys, but only for Postscript's integration partners.
- The webhooks Postscript sends are for opt ins, opt outs, replies and collected emails. There is no webhook for a text sent or a link clicked.
Sporetag is not a Postscript integration partner today. Building a connector on a shop's key would break those terms for most shops, so Sporetag does not.
What works today
Clicks from texts. Add UTM tags to the links in your Postscript messages, with utm_medium=sms:
https://yourshop.com/products/mug?utm_source=postscript&utm_medium=sms&utm_campaign=fall-saleWith the Sporetag script on your site, each visit from a text shows as Text clicked on the customer, with the campaign. In Attribution mode it ties to the person once they are identified. See UTM presets.
Opt ins and opt outs. If your shop has API access, point a Postscript webhook at a small script or a Zapier step that sends them to the Events API with kind set to sms_unsubscribed and source set to postscript.
Sending data to Postscript. Not possible from Sporetag today. Export a segment from the Customers tab as CSV if you need the list.
